(300) food baskets distribution Project to the affected IDPs in Baqim District-Saada Governorate

In partnership with Banan Benevolent Corporation for Development, Al-Ekram Foundation implemented in November 2017 the food baskets project for the IDPs in the Baqim district, Sa’ada Governorate. Where 300 food baskets were distributed to 300 stricken and war-affected families who cannot leave the area for security and economic reasons. It is worthnoting that Baqim district is an area close to the lines of conflict, especially the villages of Al-Sidr, Al-Dimna, Qamel, Al-Harf, Zabiya, Ansir, and Al-Soudah, etc. in Baqim, Ma’ali, and Sharawi sub-districts. The district is also characterized by its ruggedness and difficulty in reaching, but Al-Ekram Foundation was keen to deliver support and relief to all affected people in all the villages of the district, even those located near the front lines.
