75 field survey and project implanters Foundation representative spread over all Sa’ada governorate villages

Since the first day of its establishing Alekram developmental and Chainable Foundation has sought to find a staff of representatives spread over all areas of villages in order to be the hand of Foundation in field surveys, registration  and needs reporting .

It is also of the most important tasks of representatives to direct supervise and participate in the distribution of aid provided by the foundation to their areas .Thus that describes why the Foundation selected 75 Seventy-five representative from all villages of the governorate.

Many courses and training workshops for staff were conducted to qualify them in the foundation activities of registration , reporting and distribution.

Many training sessions and workshops were conducted for the representatives . One of them was for five days training at the field survey and poor and needy registration. Then in the end of the training course representatives got foundation registration formulas.

Then representatives submitted the filled field survey formulas after registration process was done to be responsive to the requirement .

Now data those submitted registration formulas are in the process of entering and formatting to be main reference for the foundation targeting records of the most needy citizens of.

Many other training courses for the foundation representatives were also in many other aspects .

The Foundation is characterized by broad existence in all villages of Sa’ada governorate without exception of any of them through its representatives everywhere ; thus it have the ability to deliver humanitarian aid to all areas, even to the most risky ones .

And that can be figured out through implementing recent projects in distant villages and spread areas of the governorate in which the roads leading to them are considered to be of extremely rugged ones . For instance , the project Eid sacrificial meat distribution in all villages even the ones in the border of most exposed to war bombing shows that. Also distributing food baskets in Manbah district , Bani Khawli village, to which the leading roads is very rugged is another example.
